Senior Human Resources Partner
These roles will liaison between the senior leadership of the university and University Human Resources functional experts, ensuring alignment of the HR strategy with the mission and needs of the Senior Vice Presidents’ and their divisions. These positions have oversight of the service delivery team, which includes multiple HR Partners providing strategic HR advice to department leaders and HR Coordinators providing front line HR expertise and services. In addition, these roles will be responsible for building out a talent acquisition function with staff recruiting roles reporting directly to the Senior HR Partners.
The success of the team hinges on this role’s ability to lead, engage, and empower this team. The team will provide valuable front line advice and support to senior leaders, supervisors, and employees, which will require ongoing functional training and daily support. These positions are responsible for the consistency and effectiveness of the HR service delivery team and should be able to provide training and support as needed.
